Add support for Pale Moon #80

With some looking for a new browser with the release of Firefox 29, I thought Pale Moon would make a good addition.

I merged your pull request manually. Currently in my unstable branch. If you would be so kind as to test and provide feedback, I would appreciate it. If running Arch, see the psd-git package: https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/profile-sync-daemon-git
