Restarts reset parts of config.yml

"When the server restarts, actionslots is always re-added to the config and parts of the default slot machine reset, like giving sharpness V iron swords for winning iron. I really don't want to give those out, is this normal? :p"

"Probably, I'm still trying to understand the whole config api thing.. Mind making a ticket on github for me so that I'm reminded to check out and try to figure out the config and why it copies over every default even when they are removed?"
