Store user's inventory in a chest. #130

I would like to suggest the ability to empty a user's inventory into a specific chest upon jailing. This could allow server staff to sift through a user's inventory without having to use other mods. Users who do not like to heavily mod their vanilla servers could find this useful. Also bring back Craftyn because I miss it, but I digress.

This is already possible with Jail Cells.
