Cross-adapter relationships
Easier than ever to write new adapters
New PdoAdapter
Deprecated everything in the ActiveRecord namespace and Graze\Dal\Adapter\EloquentOrmAdapter. (will be removed in 2.0).
Large re-organisation and refactoring of the codebase.

Would be nice to have some different php version testing (5.6/7.0/7.1/hhvm).

@h-bragg agreed on php version testing, my plan is:

Merge this into master
Tag as 1.0.0-beta4
Setup Travis and StyleCI checks for php versions, code standards etc
Make changes based on those checks
Tag 1.0

:+1: We have been using scrutinizer-ci.com for style stuff on the open source repos. There is a generic config on there that includes our standards ruleset.
