Add an optional limit to the number of concurrent processes

Adds setMaxSimultaneous and getMaxSimultaneous methods on Pool
- Keeps a list of processes to run in the waiting column until there is space
Adds setShowSummary and isShowSummary on Table to display or not a summary line of each process Total: 3, Running: 2, Waiting: 1
