Steps to reproduce issue:
1. ga('send', 'event', 'foo', 'bar')
2. Notice it in Realtime -> Events
3. Can't find it in 
https://www.google.com/analytics/web/?hl=en#report/content-event-overview/ 
(even after waiting)

Expected output:
An accurate 
https://www.google.com/analytics/web/?hl=en#report/content-event-overview/

Actual results:
No reports
