REQ: note or "add to" radio button for negative ganged axis homing offset. #187

With the recent change to a +/- 10mm max ganged homing offset, an option to add the inverted value to the "pull off" for Y would be useful to avoid an endstop collision, or change the movement so a negative value moves Y1 away from the endstop instead. Either a radio button to enable the switch or at least a note for the setting indicating that additional pull off is required for radial endstops would be helpful to avoid issues.
