Update instructions with Grapher #168

All our existing documents/instructions do not have Grapher. Updated versions are required for the June 1 release.

rpath/runpath settings on executables and client lib is not working. they are still linked to shared libs in spack env and packages.

client_admin cannot accept strings with spaces as event payload
