End-to-End Testing: Update the fidelity tests to validate the entire system, including the ChronoGrapher, ensuring comprehensive coverage of all components.
Transition to Python: Modernize the test suite by rewriting the current Bash scripts in Python. This change will align the tests with current best practices and improve maintainability and readability.
