Update cmake.yml #3

Added a change to the cmake.yml to add the install dir to the path. A much more compelx task than expected, since based on this: https://docs.github.com/en/actions/reference/workflow-commands-for-github-actions#adding-a-system-path, it requites a weird command

Accept this one only if it passes, if it doenst i have to look further into this issue
