Removing Katiee's pool due to it no longer being maintained/updated.

Should we remove traces of katiee's calculator too? It may not have up to date whitelist information.

Yeah, I was thinking that. I was trying to check how it calculated earnings, but I can't even get the site to come up since yesterday. I'll create a PR for calc removal.
