Should make some startup scripts to build and run the docker container. Current idea are scripts:

to build the container (not much but could be useful)
Run a container as a user (with tag for nvidia gpus)
run a container as root with any private repos added in after creation (eg iiwa driver)

completed so far with the following scripts:

build (builds the image tagged as gdwyer/ram:$branch-amd64)
run_user (runs as a user for systems without nvidia gpus)
run_user with nvidia gpu (same as above but with a gpu, requires nvidia-docker2)
run_control (installs the kuka ros2 driver and runs as root)
