Behaviour tree subtrees #42

Any attempt to use subtrees results in a error on startup for the btengine.

The main btree is getting very large already so subtrees are becoming quite necessary.

Needed to enable the shared blackboard in the subtrees or need to pass the node though if the fully shared blackboard is not wanted. tutorial 6 goes into remapping.
