[Enhancement] Showing the country flag beside the language name in the bottom of the page! #297

Right now when we use PWM, the bottom of the page shows the "Locale/Language 
name" only.
Since the default locale on our University Computers is Norwegian, PWM is being 
displayed in Norsk and many of our international students need to switch to 
English to use the portal but because of no clear indication they have no idea 
from where they can change the language. 
The easy way would be to add the country flag beside the language name in the 
bottom, It will make the locale prominent and the users will spot it easily.
