Forgotten username doesn't works

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. enable forgotten username module
2. go to this module, enter e-mail and surname
3. the page go to start page and there is no username

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
the page is reloaded to home, but there is no username

What version of PWM are you using?
1.6.4

What ldap directory and version are you using?
OpenLdap

Please paste any error log messages below:

cn=user,ou=accounts,dc=budikom,dc=net

I have set Settings->User Interface->Show Success page to disabled. The 
username shows on succes_page. If i set "show success page" enabled problem is 
sloved. Thanks for answer. 
Maybe it is possible to make new function like send username to e-mail?
