Special characters on username #338

New feature:
1. In module New user registration disallow special characters on username

What is the expected output?
New user can't register user with login for ex. #!@$521afs@, it could be new 
type for field or disallowed characters field.

What version of PWM are you using?
1.6.4

What ldap directory and version are you using?
OpenLdap

This is already in the current svn trunk and will be in the next release.  You 
can use regular expression to constrain any form field.
