PWM 5019 - Service Not Available

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Edit configuration and disable Challenge Setup Repsonses
2. Restart and Login
3. Comes up with error message that the service is not availble on page : 
/private/SetupResponses

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Should allow me to login and change password without setup challenge reponse

What version of PWM are you using?
Latest from the nightly builds.  Dated : 05.04.13
In Live currently using 1.6.4 but the latest build fixes an issue with expired 
passwords in AD which I need.

What ldap directory and version are you using?
AD 2008

Hi,

I get the same error "PWM 5019 .... / private / SetupResponses" but only with 
user accounts composed by numeric. And I have no line with 
"PwmSetting.CHALLENGE_REQUIRE_RESPONSES" in my file SessionFilter.java.

My version of PWM v1.6.4

Can you help me?
