LDAP help #378

Go easy on me :)  First time posting and sorta confused on how to get this to 
work.

What version of PWM are you using?
1.6.4

What ldap directory and version are you using?
Windows 2003 Server Active Directory

Please paste any error log messages below:

unexpected ldap error while writing test user temporary random password: [LDAP: 
error code 50 - 00000005: SecErr: DSID-031A0F44, problem 4003 
(INSUFF_ACCESS_RIGHTS), data 0 ]

My LDAP is connected, java, and pwmdb is all green.  My issue is with the test 
user.  I made sure the test user has full rights.  I'm not sure what else to do 
or check.
