I've manually marked your user as confirmed. I've put some tech details in #1199 but appears like the email was blocked due to

client [2600:3c01::f03c:93ff:fe42:f60e] blocked using zen.spamhaus.org

In which case, when such a thing occurs, this should be communicated to the user. Can that instead be the topic of this issue? After all, even when https://github.com/JasonBarnabe/greasyfork/issues/1199#issue-1951023906 is eventually remediated, there's no guarantee this shan't occur again.
