Cannot receive notification email like github

The following is my current setting.

I expected I receive email like github watched repository issues, but I have not received emails until recently.

One day I received email by someone mentioned me, so I knew email notification is not broken feature. And I found I can receive notification from a thread I manually subscribed too.

So I think Get an email when discussions are posted on your scripts or when those discussions get new comments option has a problem that it don't automatically subscribe the thread. How do you think?

What is your email or your user URL on Greasy Fork? I want to look to see if the emails are being attempted (and blocked somehow) or if it's just not attempting at all.

I found some emails are sent to spam. I think there are no problem.

If you can open one of the emails that got sent to spam, click Show Original, then post the headers here, I can see if there's some technical issue, or if it just doesn't like the text in the email.
