Add “use cases” section to top of readme, describing the following workflows:

Run as CI check. During fixes when a problem is already identified, hook into issue as fix is developed.
Run on code change.
ML example for retrain
Test against static data for unit/integration test
Trigger manually or based on time (essentially a DAG runner)
