Cloud Junit Launcher #104

  1. Create effective poms - one for each test
  2. Put them into the queue
  3. Trigger Fargate based on launcher config

Launcher config should contain VPC - this VPC might be connected to private VPN.

Repository in POM with credentials should also be configurable (e.g. - through Environment Root)
