Can't create project with user #260

I can't create a project with a user

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Login with the user (not root)
Click on create a new one
Fill the fields
See error - Couldn't save the project: { "code" : 400 }

Desktop (please complete the following information):

OS: Debian
use the docker-compose.yml file and I changed this
whoru.auth.provider=ru.greatbit.whoru.auth.providers.StubAuthProvider

whoru.auth.provider=com.testquack.api.security.DbAuthProvider
