Missing getter for $nodes #4

For some applications it is desirable to directly access the $NCBI::Taxonomy::nodes variable. This is currently not possible as this is a local variable. The best way to provide this functionality might be to write a getter method.

I no longer have a direct use case for this feature. Thanks for your consideration.
