Defect/Feature Request: Always On Top Feature Not Functioning Properly #471

1. What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

When the "Always On Top" is selected the program is supposes to do just that, 
and it does for most things. However, when I start Battlefield 3, this is not 
the case, the program is in fact not on top.

2. What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

version 0.5.2 beta on Windows 7 home premium 64 bit

Fullscreen applications always take priority over always on top windows. This 
is by design in Windows and can't be changed (without resorting to ugly hacks).

could I just change the program's priority in task manager?

like so: open task manager, click processes tab, right-click hardware monitor 
process, click "set priority", and then click "high" or "realtime"?

would this give it priority over Battlefield 3?
