Enhacment option that disables running multiple instances of same program. #473

I have cyber cafe and "cyber cafe pro" control program on every client.
by default cyber cafe pro disables registry run programs and hardvare monitor 
does not start on start up if run at startup option is ticked.
If i enable in cyber cafe pro registry run programs  it starts two instances of 
same hardware monitor when pc is turned on.

version 0.5.1 on win xp (32) home sp3

it would be also great if there would be option to start this program as 
service.
