Make the setup wizard support WoW ranks #17

Will make everything easier for the setup of that part of the bot.

Can you clarify this a bit? What would you like to see added for this?

Basicly in the Setup wizard add a part to setup the whole WoW ranks thingy (!setwowrank), optional step, but clearly explained what it does.
