Add support for Adafruit qtpy atsamd21 board #10

This adds support for Apollo on https://www.adafruit.com/qtpy boards. I've been using it with an OrangeCrab 0.2.1

I've updated to latest tinyusb to support that board. There are some API changes related to DFU which I've updated, though haven't tested on any other boards.
