repo: vendor in amaranth_boards.extensions and amaranth_boards.resources #95

This is the companion PR to: https://github.com/greatscottgadgets/luna-soc/pull/28 (already merged)

What these two PR's do is to temporarily vendor specific commits of amaranth-boards, amaranth-stdio and amaranth-soc as they have no official pypi releases and are in heavy flux at this time.
