Update OGDF installation instruction #38

Following the installation of OGDF in the readme leads to this error: Configuring the OGDF using this file is no longer supported. Use CMake 3.1+ instead. Detailed instructions can be found in doc/build.md.

Installation instruction in Readme.md could be updated or replaced with a link to doc/build

ok, the installation instructions have been updated (taking into considerations both the distributed sources and the ogdf repo)
