Some suspended tabs never load #1030

TGS 7.1.0 Vivaldi 22.7.1628.33 Windows 10

My mom's having an issue that I'm assuming comes from TGS. Some tabs that have been suspended can't be loaded; the page goes white, the url bar and uBlock both behave as if the page is properly there, but it is. Reloading doesn't work, only copying the url into a new tab. She's had a couple where the tab icon for the site flickered rapidly alternating with the TGS icon, while not properly loading.

I've now had this happen, with tabs that had been suspended for quite a while, through multiple browser sessions. For me, the icon flickers several times as soon as I switch to the tab, like it's trying to load, but then settles back on the greyed-out site icon, with a completely white page. The URL in this case displays as the regular one, not as the suspended one, but nothing except opening the address in a new tab will allow it to load.

Same issue. Running Vivaldi 2.9.1705.41 on macOS Catalina 10.15.
