Fixing gree/Orion#14 and gree/Orion#10 #15

YAxis forced min value removed. Added some setup steps to README and made it so that the first user to sign in when not using NOAUTH (aka using GOOGOAUTH2 currently) will get set as an admin will full permissions.

You'll need to pull in latest changes before i merge this request. There are couple of changes in the readme file (the big one being the image displayed on top). I dont see it in the readme file you have opened the pull request for.
