@greearb Sorry for the bad issue... I opened this as an info. Looking at some old code with some patch from qca I notice that they implemented and added support for tx encap offload. I notice that mac80211 support this feature and in ath11k is actually used and implemented.
Consider that the patch are really old and specific to ipq806x, I would ask you if you know if ath10k actually supports it and if the firmware have some code about this.
I ported the patch to your repository and the wifi is working correctly with the changes. So I'm here asking, is this feature really supported and the code is just not implemented in ath10k or it needs a proprietary special firmware with this enabled?
