Add channel 177 (5885 MHz ) for the 5 GHz range.

Hello, thanks for the patch. What radios and firmware did you test this patch with?

QCA9880 (firmware ver 10.1-ct-8x-__fW-022-ecad3248) as a client. Running AP on this channel is not possible due to NO_IR.
