At the moment it's possible to start Pandoras Box 3 only once. The user
gets an error message if he tries to start it twice.
I suggest to extend the error message with a "ignore" button to start a
second instance.
Another option can be to kill the current running instance (if possible)
and start the second instance.
That can solve problems on multiuser systems where 2 users want to start
pandora at the same time and still helps to detect multiple instances.
I don't know what the issues are if pandora is running twice. Can there be
any problems with the profile or temp files?
