Request administrator permissions (Win7) #59

What steps will reproduce the problem?
Don't know exactly. 

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
There should be a windows popup that notifies that the program need 
administrator rights. You have to start the program with admin rights yet.

Please use labels and text to provide additional information.

Thanks for posting this!

I had submitted a bug with Pandora not sending command to the client. I did not 
start it with Win 7 admin permissions.  After i seen this post I started with  
"Run as Admin..." for win 7  and everything works just fine.
