Problem with LAYERING ARMOR

Hi,

There must be a problem with LAYERING ARMOR: Wearing armor with an Armor rating of at least (4), additional armor has no effect. This seems to work well with all armor ratings except for (4).

If armor with an index of (1)(2) and/or (3) is above armor with an index of (4), this doesn't work and increases the overall Armor rating to (5). If armor with a (1)(2) and/or (3) index is below armor with a index of (4), it works well and additional armor has no effect, it's still (4). With two (4) it's working well, the additional armor has no effect and stay at (4).

There are situations where it works above (4) For example, it works if there is a (3)+another (1-3) above it.
