Encumbrance with item Modification #179

Hello, When using a modification item that affects encumbrance, it correctly adjusts the encumbrance on the character sheet, but the total encumbrance doesn’t reflect this change. Thanks ;)

Need to dabble with entire item data preparation subroutines to fix that. Fix will come in 0.8.0
