No changes saved after updating display #2

While updating the default primary monitor, or any changes through the use of xfce4-display-settings, changes are not applied. Requires user then enter xfsettingsd --replace --no-daemon to update these changes. For a short term fix, during when openbox loads (.config/autostart) xfsettingsd --replace --no-daemon is executed
