Требуется: Требуется возвращать сообщение в очередь на отправку, если оно не было отправлено из-за проблем с Whatsapp

Обходное решение: Отслеживать статус сообщений и в случае получения статуса failed делать повтор отправки сообщения

Error: Required to return a message to the sending queue if it was not sent due to problems with Whatsapp

Workaround: Monitor the status of messages and, if they receive a failed status, resend the message
