Ошибка скачивания файла методом downloadFile / Error downloading file using downloadFile method #485

Ошибка: Ошибка скачивания файла методом downloadFile, сервер отвечает кодом 500. В журнале входящих сообщений не отображается ссылка на скачивание файла.

Уровень: API

Error: Error downloading a file using the downloadFile method, the server responds with code 500. The link to download the file is not displayed in the incoming message log.
