api not connecting #517

instance has idInstance 7103890972, and the instance is showing the status "Not authorized" or "Starting".

Good day! You need to authorize by scanning QR code. Before starting, I recommend reading the article before start

Greeetings here ! I do scan code and sometimes it connects also but immediately it gets disconnected ..... kindly look into my instance 7103890972 and see to it for some exact solution

hi greetings , I have tried by scanning QR code somtimes it connects and after few seconds it disconnects automatically. please let me know whats the reason behind that
