Требуется: Требуется добавить в документацию информацию по работе с личным кабинетом Партнёра:

1. После получения партнёрского ключа вы можете создавать инстансы как методом CreateInstance, так и в личном кабинете;
2. Создание инстансов доступно в том числе при отрицательном балансе;
3. Оплата за инстанс списывается с баланса при создании. Далее оплата списывается посуточно в 00:00, utc +3.
