rename repo ecoCode-mobile to ecoCode-android #69

the current changes are OK for me. I have just seen other places where we talk about "mobile" in the project :

  • pom.xml -> tag "name" -> we can replace "Mobile" by "Android" I think
  • README.md: in the introduction section we talk about "Mobile" in general. Even if it is good to know that we work on iOS and Android, I think that it is ambiguous to speak of ecoCode mobile and not only ecoCode Android in the introduction section of the main README of the Android project. I think we should rework this part. I can write something here for you to past in the project if you prefer.
  • Install.md: I think we should change the title "Special points for Mobile plugins" to "Special points for Android plugin"
