Update to cache@v4 #71

Just a trivial drive-by fix while playing with this.

It makes total sense to update the action to cache@v4. Since you call it a "fix" though I thought I inquire: Have you seen any difference to v3 in an metric or behaviour?

From the [Release Notes]8https://github.com/actions/cache/releases) I see that only node was updated and not much more.

The "fix" is more related to the cited warnings shown for the CI run using it.
