It is your comment. Where did you get it from? Maybe the name just got mixed up somehwere ... it does not ring any bell for me ...

This is actually a very nice feature and could lead to the cluster being more dynamic.

We could let users decide to turn TurboBoost / PowerCapping etc. on or off and see how the code behaves.

Just adding this to the idea list
