STM board internet connection #1

Connect the board to the internet, prove it works (e.g.: download a webpage and print the first 10 characters to serial port).

@geobalazs : under the STM32Cube_L4xxx/Projects/B-L475E-IOT01/Applications/WiFi you can find 2 WiFi projects, which you can import in System Workbench, upload to the board and works like a charm, you'd better start with this one. I suggest to extend the example project on your own branch with adding WiFi functionality!
