to make it easier to identify samples that are outliers most likely due to high number of missing values.

Hi Bernd,

This will require throwing away the population assignments and replacing them with a missing value indicator?

The best way to do this I think is for the user to create a field of missing value categories (with the filter threshold as the minimum) and use it in the #' @param pt.colors Optionally provide a vector of nPop colors.
