Your ellipsis package does not allow to install the latest adegenet package (it is already loaded).
So best is to try manually via
Restart Rstudio (check that package ellipsis is not already loaded by default, via the package tab, if there is a tick untick it)
And then immediately
install.packages(“adegenet”)
this should update to the latest adegenet package and then your should be able to install dartR
via
install.packages(“dartR”)
be aware you might install qvalue and snprelate from Bioconductor first (so check the github page here)
