Hello I have got an email which say

Some of your deposits will soon be recoverable without two factor.

Please log in to resecure them.

Now I cannot login to my wallet on my phone. My qrcode doesn't work. What should I do? It was all I have.

Thanks

Further to this, this cryptic message seems to be saying that users are going to lose some or all their coins. This is shocking and terrifying.

The message is completely insufficient to know:

  1. why this message occurred
  2. how much is going to be lost
  3. If the user doesnt receive this message (e.g. goes into spam, or email system error), does this means that the user will lose his coin without their knowledge?

It would appear from this message that green address is an extremely bad choice of wallet, if you could just lose your deposited coins for no apparent reason.

Further to this, there seems to be no mention of "deposits expired" in the FAQ.

Lastly, I went through the process to "redeposit" my small amount of BTC, and it failed saying the emailed code was invalid. This means I have lost ALL the BTC i put into Green address. I have no idea why I would have to re-deposit coin I deposited into green address months ago, it makes no sense.

Thank god I was only testing the wallet with a small amount. I would never use this service again. I have no idea why they would do this to users, or who gets my BTC now I cant "redeposit" it.

Please see the sections "What are "nLocktime"/recovery transactions?" and "Why am I am being asked to redeposit my funds?" specifically, although we suggest you read the entire FAQ as it contains a lot of useful information about the service.
